All purchases are charged in Australian Dollars and include no GST.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order should there be stock available, errors with a product or issues with credit card identification or fraud. Should your order be cancelled, a team member will get in touch with you and a refund will be provided.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is placed and confirmed, please allow for 2-4 days for an order to be processed and please allow an additional 2-5 days for shipping.
All orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping (with tracking number provided). Orders less than or equal to $80 will be charged $8.95. Orders above $80, will be shipped for free. These shipping charges are subject to change any time.
Returns
Zista offers returns on certain items for a store credit only providing that the customer (1) notifies the Zista team within 7 days of receiving the item; (2) the item is returned within 14 days of delivery; (3) the item is returned unused and in the same condition you received it, including in its original packaging; and (4) return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We do not offer returns on sale items & cannot refund or exchange jewellery for hygiene reasons. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Specials and Discount Codes
Discounts are only applicable to the products marked and the selected styles only. Only valid discount codes can be applied, and no further discounts can be used in conjunction with any other offers. All discount codes and coupon codes exclude our shoe range.
Pre-Orders
Any product labeled ‘Pre-Order’ indicates the product is in pre-order status and is not available for immediate dispatch. Delivery details will be noted on the products description page. We endeavor to follow those dates and will provide communication updates; however these dates are indicative only and may be subject to change. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Should there be an issue, a cancellation fee may apply.

We do not provide any warranty for products, once handed over to the Shipping agent.
