ORDER PROCESSING

Hey there, Ashley here! In most instances, orders are sent out within 24-48 hours.

If you are based on the Gold Coast and would like to pick up your order, please just email or text and we can happily arrange a time.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia via Australia Post or Sendle using standard post

Orders less than $100: $10
Orders greater than $100: FREE

From time to time we do offer free shipping site wide so be sure to join my mail list or following me on Instagram to stay up to date!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE including New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, India, Mauritius and more. Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees applicable in their delivery country.
USA Customers: Customs fees & tariffs will be charged at checkout, therefore no further fees will apply.

International shipping:
New Zealand: $20 AUD
All Others Countries: $30 AUD

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and allow an additional 2-5 days for shipping depending on your location. Orders are shipping from the Gold Coast, Australia.

Returns

Although we hope you will never be disappointed with your order, we understand things can happen.

Zista offers product refunds (excludes shipping) on certain items providing that:

  • You notify the Zista team within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned unused and in the same condition you received it, including in its original packaging; and
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Please note – sale items cannot be returned & we cannot refund or exchange jewellery for hygiene reasons.

If the item is faulty or damaged please email a photo of the item along with the packaging it arrived in within 3 days of receiving the product; and we will work through a replacement as appropriate. If you do have any other concerns, please email us at hello@zista.com.au and we would be happy to work through them.

How do I return my item?

  1. Please email hello@zista.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with your order details, reason for return and any photos. Please note Zista do reserve the right to deny a return.
  2. Once confirmation is received from the Zista team, ship the item using registered post to PO Box 676, Murwillumbah, New South Wales, 2484, Australia
  3. Once we receive your return, a refund or store credit will be organised for you and confirmed via email. It would be appreciated if you allow 3-4 processing days for this.
