How much does shipping cost?

For shipping I use Australia Post or Sendle

  • Orders less than $80: $8.95
  • Orders great than $80: FREE

From time to time I do offer free shipping site wide so be sure to join my mail list or following me on Instagram to stay up to date! If you require your order to be sent express, please email me at hello@zista.com.au and I will try work through your requirements.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes I offer international shipping too! We can ship to New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Mauritius and more. Simply change the country on the checkout page to your required destination and the shipping charges will automatically update. If you have any concerns or questions, please just email me hello@zista.com.au.

What is your return policy?

Zista offers product refunds (excludes shipping) on certain items providing that:

  • You notify the Zista team within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned unused and in the same condition you received it, including in its original packaging; and
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Please note – sale items cannot be returned & we cannot refund or exchange jewellery for hygiene reasons.

If the item is faulty or damaged please email a photo of the item along with the packaging it arrived in within 3 days of receiving the product; and we will work through a replacement as appropriate. If you do have any other concerns, please email me at hello@zista.com.au and I’d be happy to work through them.

Return process:

  1. Please email hello@zista.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with your order details, reason for return and any photos. Please note Zista do reserve the right to deny a return.
  2. Once confirmation is received from the Zista team, ship the item using registered post to 36 Elouera Terrace, Murwillumbah NSW 2484
  3. Once we receive your return, a refund or store credit will be organised for you and confirmed via email. It would be appreciated if you allow 3-4 processing days for this.

What payment methods are used on the Zista website?

All online orders are processed securely using credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal. AfterPay is also available.

Where are your products made?

All items on Zista are made with love in India. I work closely with each of our manufacturers to clearly understand their company values, processes and systems. I ensure our manufacturers are SEDEX certified, where possible, ensuring the upmost ethical standards are followed. Some manufacturers are small family run businesses and are working towards these certifications. I am working closely with them to ensure all procedures and practises are ethical and full quality and care is maintained.
